Welcome to the South Plains Homeless Consortium

The mission of the SPHC is to lead the efforts to identify issues affecting homelessness and to support the development of community strategies to prevent and end homelessness.

We hold meetings on the fourth Wednesday of each month from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. A light meal is served with a recommended donation of $5.00. Anyone interested in preventing and ending homelessness across the South Plains is encouraged to attend.
