The South Plains Homeless Consortium will host a regional conference on homeless issues, Tuesday March 6, 2007 at the Downtown YWCA, 1500 14th Street Lubbock, Texas. The conference is titled:

We will have 2 keynote speakers from influential national and state agencies, a discussion panel on Local and Regional perspectives, and 5 workshops on different homeless issues.
